Refund policy

We hope you love your new purchase but if you need to return it then we want to make this easy for you. We’re happy to refund your items as long as they’re returned unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at customerservice@ambermakesco.com within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and letting us know what the problem is. We’ll send you details of how and where to send your parcel. Unfortunately, we can’t accept items if you’ve not requested a return and unless you are returning a faulty product, unwanted items are returned at your own cost and our delivery charges are non-refundable. We can’t offer refunds on Just Instructions (either printed booklets or PDFs) due to the nature of the product unless they are faulty.

We’ll let you know once we’ve received and checked your return, and as long as everything is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. 

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if it’s damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can sort it out for you. Email us at customerservice@ambermakesco.com


European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
