Shipping policy

CHRISTMAS BREAK - ALL ORDERS PLACED  AFTER DEC 17TH WILL BE POSTED ON 5TH JAN.

From the moment you place your order Amber Makes will carefully select and package your items and aim to send them within 72 hours of receiving your payment, excluding weekends, unless stated otherwise on the website. If you need your order for a special occasion or a certain date please let us know on customerservice@ambermakesco.com and we will see if we can make it happen!

Our orders are usually sent via Royal Mail for UK orders and Royal Mail International for the rest of the world. However, we carefully monitor pricing and delivery options so may use delivery couriers if we feel this is the better option.

Delivery Charges

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders placed via our website, over the value of £50. However, we don’t currently offer free shipping overseas. 

Orders of less than £50 in the UK will be charged at our standard delivery rate of £3.95 per order.

International Delivery Charges

Our international delivery charges are as follows;

Channel Islands £3.99

Europe £9.99 (currently unable to ship to countries within the EU)

Rest of the world £14.99

Please note you may have to pay additional tax and duties when your parcel goes through customs.
