Coats Moon Sewing Thread - Fuchsia

A bright, rich and vibrant shade of pink – chosen to match the colour of fuchsias and peonies – ideal for those brighter fabrics or a colourful topstitch.

We’ve chosen this all-purpose spun polyester thread as it’s ideal when making our kits. It’s suitable for both machine and hand sewing, is strong, the perfect weight for sewing our fabrics and is very affordable too.

Coats Moon thread is a lubricated 100% staple spun polyester sewing thread and it’s a favourite of ours at Amber Makes. It’s colourfast, strong and reliable and happy to work in most sewing machines. Each spool contains 100yds (914m) so it will stitch a lot of seams and last you a long while. This thread is a 120’s thread which is the yarn number that refers to the width of each individual thread and is perfect for our quilting weight cotton, canvas and velvet too.
